Beta Health booking page
This location has strong administrative support, which means a smoother experience for anything that involves direct billing, ICBC claim management, or more complex scheduling needs.
Third Space booking page
My other clinic home. Same care, same approach, in a slightly different setting where I manage the admin myself.
ICBC Claims
If you've been in a car accident and want me to support you through your claim, please book with me at my Beta Health location for any ICBC-related treatment. The extra administrative support there makes a real difference — claims are stressful enough without adding logistical friction to the mix for either of us.
Payment Options
At Third Space, I accept the following forms of payment:
— Cash on the day of your appointment
— e-Transfer
— Credit card (secured at the time of booking)
Direct Billing at Beta Only
If direct billing is part of how you manage your care, please book your session at Beta Health. That’s where I have the administrative infrastructure to support it smoothly.
Payment options at that location include credit and debit card, direct billing, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
The policy at Third Space asks for 48 hours’ notice. This gives me the best chance to offer your time slot to someone else.
You can still make changes through your booking account up to 24 hours in advance. Within that 24-hour window, the full appointment fee applies.
The Spirit of the Policy
The policy you agreed to when booking states that the full appointment fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time. This fee is not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.
I don’t enjoy enforcing no-show fees. I’d much rather we relate to each other with mutual respect for time, energy, and care.
If something comes up, let me know. Clear communication and reliability go a long way.
The policy comes into play when I’m left without notice, unable to plan around an empty space, or when cancellations become a pattern rather than an exception.
If you’re genuinely unwell or something unexpected arises, please let me know as soon as you can. I take that into account.
‼️ For illness or emergencies within the 24-hour window, please contact me directly.
If you’re feeling unwell
I work with immunocompromised people, so I take this seriously—and I ask that you do too.
If you’ve been around people or environments where you may have been exposed to illness, please wear a mask during our session. I always have one available if you need it.
If you’re actively sick—fever or chills, a cough, wooziness, feeling out of it—please reschedule. Don’t push through.
If this falls within the 24-hour cancellation window, contact me directly, and I’ll take care of it on my end.
❤️ I also invite you to stay in conversation with your body. It often gives earlier signals, and noticing them can help you make changes within the 48-hour window, where we have the best chance to work within the policy’s parameters.
Scheduling Adjustments - Third Space
Occasionally, I may reach out to adjust your appointment time. This usually happens when I'm optimizing my calendar — and it's always in service of keeping things running well.
Small Adjustments (15 minutes or less)
I may make these without asking first. You'll receive an automatic notification from the booking system when this happens.
Larger Changes
I'll always ask permission before making a change bigger than 15 minutes.
Same-Day Changes
If anything shifts on the day of your appointment, I'll text you directly to make sure the update actually lands.

As my practice grows, I wanted a secure and reliable way to stay connected with my clients. I have created a secure email list that lets me keep you updated in one place, and gives you full control over what you receive.

What to Expect in the Clinic Emails
Seasonally, I'll write to you with:

About My Broader Practice
