What’s Included

Designed as a mental fitness training series, the Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) Program gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to practice for just 15 minutes per day for 6 weeks—and get results for a lifetime. 

The program combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices and a live weekly group integration call to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles.

By the end of 6 weeks you’ll:

  • Know how to boost your self-command, on-demand to stop unhelpful mental habits and constant negative thoughts

  • Be able to intercept and weaken your Saboteurs, the lying voices of our internal negative narratives

  • Have insight into how the brain’s negativity bias is holding you back and - most importantly - how to move forward

  • Be equipped with the tools and habits to rewire your brain for more positive outcomes and ways of being that will positively impact the rest of your life

  • Discover the damaging impact judging yourself, others, and circumstances has on your performance

  • Generate more positive emotions and achieve peak performance through a calm, clear mind by acting from the Sage area of your brain

  • Take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action with your Sage’s Navigate and Activate powers

  • Feel lighter and better equipped to deal with daily stressors in ALL areas of your life

As a licensed Positive Intelligence® Facilitator, I bring my Modern Wellness approach to this 6-week, science-backed, transformative experience. Plus, you get access to an exclusive Intimate Integration Group when you participate through me.

Daily Practice

15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus

Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video session.

Measurable Progress

You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.

Community Support

Establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.

 

Also includes a weekly coach-facilitated, Intimate Integration Group to help you move through tough situations and feelings at a more rapid pace.
